27 North Street is rented only 4 or 5 weeks a summer. The rest of the time our family uses the house for summer vacations just like yours. If you are interested in renting the house we would be happy to talk with you about availability, logistics, and/or any other questions you may have.

Rentals run Friday to Friday (we run Friday to Friday so that you can avoid the rental rush on Saturday when most houses turn over. It also allows you to enjoy a full weekend on the Cape.)

Safe and Quiet Neighborhood
This is one of the oldest and most exclusive part of East Dennis (commonly referred to as Quivet Neck). There is a rich history surrounding the house and the neighborhood.
