Would definitely return for our next Cape vacation!

Excellent location, great house, helpful host! Our family vacation at David's place was a great success. The house was just as described and on a nice and quiet street within walking distance of Sea St Beach. We were very comfortable downstairs all weekend, our toddler loved running around the yard, and we enjoyed being able to pop down to the beach whenever we wanted. There was a guide at the house with helpful information about restaurant options and other local attractions and David was very responsive and quick to exchange messages. Would definitely return for our next Cape vacation!
